(TRA), a Thermo King dealership, is looking for a motivated and mechanically skilled Equipment Installer to join our Lowell, AR team.In this hands-on role, you'll install APUs, transport refrigeration units, cab air conditioning systems, air and coolant heaters, and other custom equipment on commercial trucks and trailers.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in diesel, automotive, HVAC, truck equipment, refrigeration, or mechanical installation who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and learning new equipment. Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on installation position. You should be comfortable with:Lifting up to 100 lbs several times per dayFrequently standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbingPushing and pulling equipment and materialsRepetitive hand and arm movements and frequent grippingWorking from ladders, scaffolding, and creepersWorking in and around trucks, trailers, and shop equipment️ Work EnvironmentThe position is primarily based in a service/shop environment but may require road calls, customer-site work, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.You may occasionally be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and moderate levels of shop noise.
