DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
Clark Quality Care, LLC – Portsmouth, VA
Part-Time | Additional Hours Available
Pay: $15–$19/hour | Up to $6,000 Retention Bonus
Clark Quality Care, LLC is seeking reliable, patient, professional, and dependable DSPs to support youth with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs in a residential setting.
IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if you are looking for traditional day-shift hours. Our primary need is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM , along with overnight and weekend coverage. Weekday morning responsibilities are primarily handled by overnight staff.
Available Shifts
Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Overnight: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend Day: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Staff may arrange approved shift swaps or ask qualified coworkers to cover available shifts.

Qualifications
RETENTION BONUS – UP TO $6,000
Employees must meet both the employment milestone and required cumulative hours :
6 months + 600 hours: $1,000
9 months + 900 hours: $2,000
12 months + 1,200 hours: $3,000
Employees must be actively employed, in satisfactory standing, and current with required training and credentials when each bonus is earned.
