Dental Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description Position Overview: Crafted Dental Co. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk) for its new, technology-forward dental practice in Kuna, Idaho. This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, working 36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Serving as the initial point of contact for patients; managing patient scheduling and workflow within CURVE; verifying insurance benefits across in-network, out-of-network, and self-pay options; coordinating claims and follow-up using DentXChange; handling calls, texts, recall, and patient follow-up communications; and partnering with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient handoffs.
Candidate Expectations: Candidates should possess strong communication skills, possess a team-oriented approach, and be eager to participate in constructing patient experience systems from the ground up.
full-time $16 - $25 per hour

Shift & ScheduleMonday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Patient care hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM). 36 hours per week.
RequirementsQualitative Requirements: Strong communicator who stays warm and steady under pressure; comfortable with clear, confident financial and insurance conversations; organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused; team player with a growth mindset.
PreferencesPreferred Experience: Dental or medical front office experience is a plus; CURVE practice management software experience is a bonus.
