Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, earmolds cleaning. Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards. Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. Represent HearingLife as an advocate to making a life changing difference. Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws. Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinics financial KPIs. Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including conducting hearing tests, coaching and educating patients on hearing aid devices. Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements. Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results. Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients. All other duties as assigned. Lead, Mentor, Grow!
